About The Job We are seeking a results-driven HR Business Development Manager to lead business growth and expand our network of clients and partners. About The Job We are looking for a creative and results-driven HR Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead our LinkedIn presence, website content, and digital marketing campaigns. This role is key to attracting clients, engaging candidates, and growing our brand. What You Will Do •Develop and execute a content strategy to increase brand awareness and lead generation. •Manage LinkedIn & other social media platforms to position Jalinhub as an industry leader. •Create engaging content (posts, articles, visuals, videos) that resonates with our audience. •Optimize SEO & website content to attract HR decision-makers. •Run targeted ad campaigns to generate leads and attract clients. •Analyze and track performance metrics to improve engagement and conversions. •Work closely with the Business Development team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Who You Are •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field (preferred). •Proven experience in social media management, HR marketing, or employer branding. •Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, SEO, content creation, and digital advertising. •Creative, self-motivated, and results-driven. •Excellent written and visual storytelling skills. •Familiarity with HR, recruitment, and workforce trends is a plus.
